1. About Kirin Power Yoga

Kirin Power Yoga provides yoga instruction, meditation, mentorship, transformational programs, retreats, educational resources, and related wellness services. The information shared on this website is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or participate independently in programs unless written permission is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Participation in yoga, meditation, breath work, movement practices, mentorship, retreats, and other wellness offerings is voluntary.

You understand that:

  • you are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing;

  • you will listen to your body and stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

Kirin Power Yoga does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

4. Assumption of Risk

Yoga and physical movement involve inherent risks. By participating in any class, retreat, mentorship session, workshop, or online offering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powered by Practice shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

5. Programs & Mentorship

Results from mentorship and transformational programs vary from person to person. While every effort is made to provide supportive guidance and meaningful educational experiences, no guarantees are made regarding specific personal, emotional, financial, or professional outcomes. Your success depends upon your own participation, commitment, and circumstances.

6. Retreats

Retreat registration may require deposits and advance payment.

Retreat participants are responsible for:

  • obtaining required travel documents

  • purchasing travel insurance when appropriate

  • understanding any cancellation policies provided at the time of booking

  • ensuring they are physically able to participate

Separate retreat agreements may apply to specific events.

7. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Powered by Practice reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service or program purchased.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • private sessions require advance notice to reschedule;

  • missed appointments may be forfeited;

  • digital products are non-refundable;

  • retreat deposits may be non-refundable.

Specific refund terms will be communicated during registration or purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including:

  • videos

  • written content

  • photographs

  • graphics

  • logos

  • branding

  • program materials

  • downloadable resources

  • class recordings

is the intellectual property of Kirin Power Yoga unless otherwise noted.

If you purchase digital resources or receive downloadable materials, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your individual use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed.

Kirin Power strives to create an inclusive, respectful, and supportive community. Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or disruption during classes, retreats, or online communities may result in removal without refund.
